Not Turbo but Super

I've been thinking about the possibilty of supercharging instead of turbocharging. Has anyone installed a supercharger or seen anyone do it and what kind of supercharger would u recommend. I know turbo's are better for the bmw engine but i'm just lookin into it.

today was the first time i had ever seen pics of an e30 with a supercharger. all hes posted so far are pics.

there is a site called shnell or somethig like that inGermany that build S/C for e30s, they use centrifugal S/C not Roots/TwinScrew units.

This is by far the worst setup of S/C on a e30 I ever seen!!! I mean the cosmethics are horrible, but I guess the guy has merits to build that !

yeah i thought i looked pretty bad too, but i had never seen another e30 that was supercharged, so i didnt really have much to compare it to.

i think theres another place that has superchargers for e30s, but i cant remember the name. they also had a turbo kit among other things. the supercharger was somewhere around $5000 i believe.
