Finally got around to dumping some of my friends DV tapes. Found this video particuarly amusing. I wasn't having such a great day. My brake bias was all fubared (new front pads and a clogged stock bias doohicky that is now in the trash) which basically only left me with front brakes, obvious by the puffs of white smoke everytime I used them. Anywho, there is a long sweeper with a funky 2 cone slalom section that was kind of tricky. Here is a good example of now NOT to take it... :D

Those are 17"x8" wheels with Hoosier a303 225/45/17 tires. I am bumping up to 245's this year - if Hoosier will ever get the a306's out! :D

why so big? couldn't you get the same effective size with a smaller diameter rim.

Big?? In comparison with those who did well at nationals, those are small!

But, to answer your question, here are some reasons:

2 minor reasons:

1. To fit over my front brakes (Could run 16" but not much tire selection)
2. Tires are cheap. Turner or Bimmerworld takeoffs are cheap!

1 major reason:

1. I like em'

thats awesome as usual, love that drift action ...can't wait for this season to start up....I dont know if I can get'er to drift like that but im sure ill hit a cone or two along the way as i try#-o
