don't know.

Go to a salvage yard, note the differences and post a how-to thread for us.

The only real weight savings will be the pump itself and the abs computer. Probably 10 lbs? Problem is I think you will have to re-run/ re-route all the hard lines! That's not terribly hard but it is a lot of work.

if you know how to use your brakes, you wont lock em up or flat spot them, when i built my car i didnt hook up the ABS, i have never had abs come to think about it in any car taht i have owned. and i was just thinkin how it would be nice to have a little more space in my engine bay, and 10lbs less weight never hurt either.

As someone who frequently drives on gravel, ice and snow I really appreciate ABS. Wouldn't want to be without it but I only have it on my iX.
Oh wait, my 728 also has ABS, but that car will not move under it's own power again (R.I.P).

true, true... I prolly would too if i drove on gravel ice and snow alot...but snow/ice=salt so i dont do that, and gravel is avoided when possible

No. You would need all the hardlines from a non-ABS car as they all route through the pump. Not worth it either, the pump doesn't weight that much at all, and the computer is like, 1 lb.

I WISH i had ABS, but my front spindles are fudged up and there's no hole drilled for the sensor, just a flat spot.

bimmerjim removed the abs from his 325i, and i don't recall him having to remove all of the hard lines for non abs hardlines. I was thinking he just disconnected/ connected linesfrom the ABS block, and basically bypassed it.

Do you know how he did it MadMax...you are/were friends with jim?

1 lb is plenty, especially off the front, and the pump being more than that is a nice reduction.

Hella try to figure it out i was really interested in doing this aswell. nothing pisses me off more than computers telling me how to drive.
