I have to replace my driver side lower control arm, but I was wondering if it is easier/cheaper to just replace the bushings. If it is easier to replace the bushings, where should I get them from and what tools do I need? Also, I have heard from one mechanic that I need a new steering rack but I heard that I didn't from another. How do I know for sure whether or not I need a new one? I would like to take care of all of these issues at one time to save on labor time, and so I will only have to get one alignment. Thank you for any help.
