View Full Version : How hard to convert to a domestic flex fan?

How hard would it be to convert to a domestic style flex fan. You know the type.. they flex so the higher the rpm, the less load on the engine.

I have never had the fan off so I'm not sure... but I can't see it being too hard to fabricate something.

Besides, the v8 ones are chrome. lol :lol:

why bother with something that's still pulley-driven when you could just convert to electric?

It's chrome and probably a lot cheaper... and still has the same effect.

Besides.. I love custom. heheh.

It shouldn't be too hard. But it would probably be cheaper to convert it to an electric fan. Most people just buy a used one out of the junkyard and wire it in.
