Range from the center of the bracket is roughly -0.6° to +0.6°.
Your range of correction really depends on how you mount your bracket.
For the max amount of camber correction [~1.25°] using the stock factory bolt hole, you need to mount the bracket so that the factory bolt hole in the mounting bracket becomes the new lower end of the oval correction bracket bolt-hole.
For toe correction, you want the factory bolt hole to be in the center of the new bracket before you widen the factory bolt hole:
