Key off, Radio, wiper, turn signal still on

This problem started last week. My wife came in and said the radio was on. When I checked, the radio was on, antenna was up, computer was lit. I start the car, then turned it off. No effect. Came out the next morning and everything was off. Came out in the heat of the day and same problem. Engine starts key turned. Instrument cluster comes on when key in accessory position or when car is running. When key is off, the instrument cluster goes off like it is supposed to. Yesterday, I noticed the same thing only this time the brake light was on too. This time it was harder to start and there was a scent of gas.

I replaced the ignition switch but problem still exists

Sounds like a relay somewhere.
