I did that before installing this engine... Pressure and rate are good. And no leaking. I have 17 lb stock blue tops installed. I also recently replaced the fuel filter. I guess I can do it all over again but I 'm putting it last on my list.

The car starts and runs. I put in new exhaust gaskets but there's still a small leak just after the o2 bung so it's still loud. Also valve tick is louder than I like so I will be doing a valve adjustment.

It idles "ok" but slightly rough. When I pull out on the road and start driving I get really bad bogging down to the point of it almost stalling so I have to feather the gas to keep it alive. Once the car comes up to temp it doesn't seem to want to stall and I get most of the power back. Eventually the CEL light comes on and it feels terrible. Then the CEL light goes away and it feels good. And back and forth it goes... Exhaust fumes smell like it's running rich.

Stomp test now consistently reveals O2 sensor code of 1221. I reseating the connector several times. And the C191 connector as well...

I'm fairly sure this is not a vac leak problem. It looses comp when I pull the dipstick and it passed the carb cleaner trick.

The ONLY remaining original parts on this car are the cat, TPS, purge valve, and charcoal canister...

Have you checked the coolant temp sensors?

All sensors are new from BMW. I have not tested resistance on these though. I will do that again as well.

Only continuity... What is resistance supposed to measure?

I have two new ground cables going from pan/block to chassis and I scuffed everything down to exposed metal for good contact.
