Default Dbilas ITB's + PVC pipes, all in fun :)

Just having a little fun, a few steps away from carbon plenum

clearance video ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXUHj9CRt6I

engine running vid... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8D1basq0RTk

heres a shoter quieter vid showing clerance issues resolved, booster sits between runners ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g42FrBfuQbo

The Dbilas clears fine like everybody elses does.
It's the carbon airbox that requires hydroboosted brakes swap and relocating rubber to bracket mounting point for cable., i'm not doing ither.

With this setup there s at least 1/8" away from brake booster, yet has a better curve..
making my own plenum to clear oem booster and not twinky winki with cable, that's what im after.,

pvc pipes are 1 1/2" into a 2" main, 1 1/2" match dbilas ITB's and 2" matches Millers AFM thing, so it's all good so far.

{ i could extendor variable lengheted d thrumpetaz inside plenum)

thrumpets are 5" long

hydrobooster, phew!, iX's wont help either.

and pic of carbon airbox from manufacturer.

and here's the glam shots

Ive thought about doing this but I cant justify spending the money on a dbilas intake. Are the power gains reallly worth it?

the size of the runners seems to large for any M20 spec i have seen so far which hurts midrange and even possibly topend depending on the other specs. The runners on the plenum also look compromised most likely to clear the booster.
