Tungsten? That's what mine is and I love it. Congrats BTW! Word of advice, get whatever you want done on the car done NOW, progress will come to a crawl once you have a finance manager to audit spending, lol.

Pretty neat stuff, though I've never heard of Tungsten shattering. It's tool steel, so it's pretty tough stuff. I know I've forgotten to take it off when working in the shop and smacked it with my 5lb maul and it was fine, actually probably saved me from a broken finger.

I think the only thing you have to be careful with about certain metals in rings is that if you are cleaning porcelain, it will stain it if it is rubbed against the sink or tub. I know I accidentally ruined a sink in a school we were building years back because I had my wedding ring on while rinsing the sink after installing it. it left permanent black lines in the basin
