Spring Rate Master List

I'm looking for new springs and can't find rates for Apex, FK, KW, Weitec, Racing Dynamics, Spax springs, whatever else is out there. This is intended to apply to off the shelf springs, cup kits, and coilovers, not custom rates/sleeve type coilovers. So if anyone knows them, it'd be great to have all the info in one post. Feel free to add and correct as neccessary.

my local supplier said the Eibach ProKit is

EIbach Prokit 143 274 slightly diff part number to that available in the US though

Stock 325i 106 245 from "Motor" article Jun 1987
Stock 325is 118 265 from "Motor" article Jun 1987
Stock 325ix 106 308 from "Motor" article Jun 1987
Stock M3 114 314 from "Motor" article Jun 1987

cosmo coilovers are 450 front 560 rear

Are those the "standard" poundages for the J-stock? Seems kind of high, doesn't it?

Those are the standard numbers according to S14.net and the R3v forums.
Last Spring I spoke to TMS and they do offer custom rates from
around ~500# up. Other persons have mentioned numbers
in the vicinity of 550f/800r, thus the ** note at the bottom.

-Also updated FK 60/60 rates.
