Yes but Aluminum could be expensive. so to keep the cost down steel might be the way to go. I would have to get some prices around to see what it would actually cost to make some of these.

it isn't about weight if you can keep the cost of supercharging lower. Power > weight.
I don't have an m50 but my vote is for steel if you want a product you can sell and will help more people since aluminum would likely be more costly by a large amount.

yeah thats exactly what Im thinking. I think steel would really be the way to go and If I could get enough people in on it I could prolly get a deal on powdercoating.
Equalizedcustoms is pulling a 325e motor tomorrow so Im going to see if I can get that for mock of the bracket. My charger will be here next week so maybe we can make this happen for M20 guys also. I will stop into the machine shop and get a basic idea of what it will cost to get the brackets cut. I should have some good info by next week.
